Experience That Turns Strategy Into Results

WayPoint Strategies was founded by Brett Collins to help financial advisors and growing firms turn ambitious goals into practical strategies that get implemented.

With more than 27 years of experience in financial planning, investments, insurance, advisor leadership, recruiting, and practice development, Brett understands the business from both sides of the table. He has built a successful fee-based advisory practice, coached advisors and leadership teams, and helped build and lead a billion-dollar financial-services organization.

That combination matters. WayPoint’s recommendations are not based solely on theory or a standardized coaching curriculum. They are grounded in the realities of acquiring and serving clients, developing financial-planning revenue, recruiting and leading people, improving workflows, implementing technology, managing growth, and building a firm that can operate beyond its founder.

Brett’s work combines Optimization Coaching with hands-on Fractional COO leadership. He helps clients identify what is limiting growth, establish the right priorities, build practical systems, and create the accountability needed to turn plans into measurable results.

Over his career, Brett has worked with hundreds of accomplished advisors and firms. He brings together proven ideas, operating experience, and a practical understanding of what separates good intentions from successful implementation.

WayPoint serves independent financial advisors, RIAs, OSJs, business owners, and leadership teams that want to strengthen revenue, improve operations, develop people, prepare for succession, and increase long-term enterprise value.

The objective is simple: provide experienced guidance, practical leadership, and customized support that helps each client achieve more—with greater clarity, structure, and confidence.

HOW BRETT WORKS

Diagnose the real issue — clarify what is limiting growth or execution.

Align the priorities — focus leadership attention on what matters most.

Build the practical plan — define actions, owners, measures, and deadlines.

Support implementation — provide coaching, operating leadership, and accountability.

Measure progress — adjust the plan as the business evolves.
